Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Forever Biowellness does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. ‘
If a product arrives damaged due to an error or fault on our part, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement. Valid proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Proof may include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
All claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Forever Biowellness. If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be reshipped. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Forever Biowellness reserves the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation or that fall outside of our stated policy.
